Instructions
Shake top two ingredients without ice. Pour into mini carved out pumpkins or glass, garnish & serve.
*Cinnamon whipped cream: In a ISI cream whipper, add 4 oz cinnamon syrup* and 8 oz heavy cream. Charge and shake 8 times.
Cinnamon syrup: Over low medium heat, add 1 cup water, 1 cup brown sugar and 3 cinnamon sticks. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
